Now Hiring - Entry-Level ISA (Inside Sales Agent) in Bellingham, WA

Brivity is looking for an entry-level ISA to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and qualifying potential clients for our real estate software.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Conduct research on leads and gather relevant information to help qualify them.
• Use our CRM (customer relationship management) software to track leads and update information.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals.
• Participate in training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
